Shipping & Returns

Tailoring & Handling Time

The tailoring and handling time is the number of business days we will take to process your items before shipping them. This processing includes order verification, item manufacturing, quality checking and packaging. This does not include the shipping time.

Different items and categories have different tailoring and handling times. However, on each item page the information is displayed next to the item photo as shown in the picture below.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 to 15 days of delivery for a full refund plus the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All others returns will be subjects to a 30% restockage fee. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We are here for you, so if you have any problem with your products, please contact us and we will try to work something out with you. We want you to be able to enjoy your products. 

Shipping

We are working with differents Stores in differents countries. When you place an order, the shipping time will be base on the location of the products. Due to teh fact that we have differents stores, your order can be send in multiple packages from multiples locations. You will be able to see on each item the handling time if it take more than 5 business days. if an product doesn't have an indication of the handling time, that means it will take between 3 to 5 business days to process and ship that item. Once your order shipped, it usually take 3 to 7 business days. we will always send you a tracking number once we ship your order.  

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Missing and damaged packaging

Damaged

If your package is damaged upon arrival please take photographs of the damaged areas. You must then apply for RMA through your Milanoo account and also send us the photographs and we will give you either a refund or vouchers depending on the extent of the damage.

Missing

If your package has not arrived on time please firstly check with your neighbors and the local sorting office in case it was delivered when you were not present. If it has not been delivered please contact us through your Vlamos account. Also, please fill in a ‘Non receipt of goods disclaimer form’ and email it to our customer service team. You must sign the form by hand and then either scan it back onto the computer or take a photograph of it and send it to us via email to our customer service team here:

The product is fine but I don't want it anymore

You have 5 days from receiving the goods to contact us.

If you do not like the product and want to return it, you will only be able to return the item for an exchange. They will not be any refund and you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways.

We will do our best to help you as long as the returned items are unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. Any product that has been used is automatically disqualified for a exchange.

Additional notes about Warranty

-All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.

-All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

-We do not accept product return and exchange for the following items: clearance items, discounted items, and all apparel listed under both the lingerie and swimwear categories.
